• We aim to pack and ship your order from Melbourne within 24hrs on business days – because wolves don’t like to wait.
• Standard delivery via Australia Post – $10.95.
• Free standard shipping for all orders over $85. Woohoo!
• Want it sooner? Express delivery available for $22.95.
• We'll email tracking details once your order leaves the den.
• We also offer Free Pick Up, from us here in Hawthorn Vic. Simply select 'pick up' at checkout.

🐾 Faulty Product? Oh no!

• We inspect every candle before it leaves us, but if something slipped through, email us within 24hrs: hello@wolfcandleco.com.au.
• Please include proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
• Reminder: We’re not responsible for melted candles left in hot cars or sunny doorsteps. Protect your pack once its been delivered! 

🐾 Change of Mind?

• Changed your mind? No worries – we offer refunds on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be in perfect, resaleable condition with original packaging (because we’re proud of our packaging, and you should be too).
• Proof of purchase required.
• Return postage is your responsibility – we suggest tracked & insured post to keep it safe.
